Title: Turkey Macaroni Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/2cUncooked Elbow Or Spiral Macaroni; About 6 Ounces
10ozFrozen Green Peas; 1 Pkg
2cCooked Turkey; Cut Up
3/4cCholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressin
1/2cCheddar Cheese; Shredded, 2 Ounces
5mdGreen Onions; Sliced, About
  1/2 Cup
1/3cSweet Pickle Relish
1mdCelery Stalk; Sliced, About 1/2 Cup
3cLettuce; Torn Into Bite Size Pieces, About 1/2 Medium Head

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain. Mix the macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce.
